Environmental Law and Policy
We handle matters before the Hon’ble High of Karnataka, Hon’ble Madras High Court and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India under Article 226 and 227 of the Indian Constitution including Public Interest Litigations spanning a wide array of cases including encroachment of riverbeds and lakes, ban of mass use of bull trawling, judicious use of ground water by large sports facilities during major tournaments and access to disenfranchised demographics to power grid connectivity in rural and tribal areas.

We also deal with environmental proceedings and compliances before a variety of other judical and quasi-judicial authorities.

Renewable Energy and Clean Technology
We advise clients in building and operating major power projects like solar and wind and securing production and distribution business. We deal with verity of contracts and Agreement and dispute relating to such contracts. We advice major energy companies on regulatory and litigation aspects of their business, issues relating to renewable energy including solar energy and wind energy.

We assist in drafting the project documents, Agreements, EPC Contracts, O&M Contracts and financing and security documentation, Power Purchase Agreements, Fuel Supply Agreements, Land Agreements, Construction Agreements, Production Contracts, Implementation Agreement, and BOOT projects.
